Selena Gomez shared her fitness routine ahead of her upcoming tour

"About a month and a half ago is when I really buckled down, and at the moment, I'm training every day to build my stamina up for the tour," she told Vogue. "But don't get me wrong – it was not like this before the tour."

Selena explained that she includes a wide range of exercises in her fitness routine in order to stay motivated as she prepares for the highly-anticipated shows.

"Once we started rehearsing, I was doing Pilates, SoulCycle, every form of yoga. Basically, I wanted to mix things up because I get bored easily," she admitted. "I just try to keep it fresh. I love how Pilates makes me feel, like it opens me up."
