You probably think that Kate Wright is confident with who she is - after all, she's gorgeous, bubbly and has an exciting wedding coming up with her lovely footballer fiancé Rio Ferdinand. You wouldn't think the former TOWIE star struggles with anxiety, would you? But she does. On Wednesday morning, the blonde beauty shared her insecurities with her 936,000 Instagram followers, and posted a photo of a quote which read: " I am obsessed with a woman becoming comfortable in her skin." The 27-year-old captioned the shot: "2019 goals. One of my New Year's resolutions is to accept myself, something I struggle with. Anyone that knows me well, knows I suffer with bad anxiety and really struggle to love myself."

She continued: "Anyone that knows me well knows I suffer with bad anxiety & really struggle to love myself. Most days are a battle with what's going on in my head. I've sort of kept this off social media as I've been to scared too share it, and the less I shared the more distant instagram is from my daily life ... that’s going to change this year."
The fitness fanatic revealed that she is going to be more realistic with her followers, looking to share good points and the bad "I'm going to give more of the ups and downs, not just the fun times. This year I will not let society’s views on who I should be and what I should look like effect me. I have been so busy making sure everyone else if ok that I have forgot about looking after myself properly .... This year I am working on me; mind, body, soul. #selflove
The refreshingly honest post generated masses of 'likes' from her followers and plenty of comments. One follower wrote: "Thank you for posting this. I know Instagram is just photos but from the outside you seem so body confident and a strong independent woman. I wouldn't think you had anxiety at all. Thank you for being so open." Another agreed, adding: "Love this. As a role model in the public eye to admit this is brilliant. Someone that shows that on the outside it can look like they have it all, but it’s what’s on the inside of us that counts."
