Some of these are GENIUS

When Princess Eugenie walked down the aisle to marry Jack Brooksbank in Windsor on Friday, we were immediately taken with her fresh, natural English rose-style makeup look. The 28-year-old's makeup artist for her big day was Bobbi Brown pro Hannah Martin, who also helped Kate Middleton achieve her glowing look for her wedding to Prince William. And although Bobbi Brown artists usually remain tight-lipped as to the secrets of the stunning looks they create with the brides they work with, Hannah recently revealed on her popular YouTube channel some of her top tricks for helping brides look their best.

Eugenie looked so gorgeous and natural on her big day

In a video titled "My wedding day and anniversary makeup" which was uploaded in July this year, Hannah shows viewers how she created her makeup look for her own wedding, and shares a few bridal makeup gems of wisdom. Using Bobbi Brown products, she creates a natural, glowy look that is very similar to the one Eugenie rocked on Friday. She revealed she uses Natural Skin Foundation Stick as it doesn’t have SPF in it, and therefore is perfect for brides because it "gives a true colour, with no bounce back in flash photography". Genius! She also uses the Bobbi Brown Chestnut Skin Foundation Stick to bronze, followed by the Medium Bronzer powder on top, to help brides look their healthiest, and revealed that she always applies the Bobbi Brown Pale Pink Blush to the apples of brides' cheeks to make the skin "pop" and give a fresh, English rose glow.

Many brides opt for waterproof mascara to help safeguard their makeup from the inevitable tears, but in the video Hannah reveals a clever trick for helping lashes stay put without compromising on your look. Her recommendation for "all brides" is to "use the texture you want first on your lashes to get the finish you want, then put a 'rain coat' over the top with waterproof mascara to lock lashes in place." Actually life-changing. She also added that, while she fills brows out, she tries to avoid the current trend for very strong brows so that the wedding pictures don't look overly-dated in future.

Hannah also showed how she "amped up" her natural daytime look for a more glam evening look, adding more dramatic eye-makeup and a bit of extra shimmer. We haven't seen very many pictures of Eugenie's star-studded evening reception, but seeing as she changed into a second, gorgeous dress for the event, we'd bet Hannah was also on hand to give her a matching makeup refresh too.
