Khloé Kardashian was one of the very first people to meet Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby boy when he arrived on Saturday – and the proud auntie couldn't help but gush about the new arrival during a live stream with her fans at the weekend.
"My little nephew was born. He is so cute and so perfect," she said, during the short clip. "I love him. And mummy and daddy are doing fantastic."
Khloé Kardashian has spoken about meeting nephew Saint for the first time
Khloé, Kim's mum Kris Jenner, and sister Kourtney Kardashian were all pictured over the weekend at the Cedars Sinai Hospital, where Kim gave birth in a luxury maternity suite. Mum-of-three Kourtney is said to have assisted Kim throughout her labour.
Khloé, 31, is no stranger to the hospital; she has been a regular visitor there for the past two months, visiting her estranged husband Lamar Odom who is recovering from a drug overdose in Las Vegas in October. She made reference to that in a message she tweeted to her 17.4 million followers: "I know these hospital halls way too well," she said. "Hopping from one room to another."
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are also parents to two-year-old North West
Kim, 35, and Kanye, 38, welcomed their second child, a baby boy, on Saturday, and on Monday they finally revealed his name – Saint West.
All eyes were on the couple to choose a unique name for their son – a little brother for two-year-old daughter North West – and they certainly didn’t disappoint.

According to E! News, Kim's highly-publicised, difficult pregnancy was one of the biggest influences in choosing the moniker.
An insider said that the couple chose Saint because it is akin to saying he is "a blessing", especially "because she had such a difficult pregnancy".
