Jennifer Aniston is renowned for her flawless complexion, with fans around the world coveting her healthy, glowing skin. Now, the 46-year-old has shared some of her biggest skincare tips, and admitted that she follows one simple trick to keep her skin looking radiant.
Jennifer Aniston revealed her secret to a radiant complexion
"I've said this before but it's the truth – I really think hydration is so important… and sleep!" she said during an interview with Goop, Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle website.
The former Friends star also revealed how she keeps her skin looking so youthful both on and off the red carpet. "I take care of my skin and try not to go into the sun as much as I used to," she confessed. "Also we are as young as we feel and treating yourself right is a great way to feel good. Being happy is also a key to looking and feeling younger."
Alongside her skincare routine, Jennifer admitted that she tries to also follow a healthy diet alongside regular exercise to keep her body in shape – and aims to maintain this even when it's the festive period.

"Well, for the most part, I always maintain a healthy regimen in terms of diet and exercise," she explained. "It's pretty much been a part of my daily routine for years now so its second nature to me. Having said that—during the holidays I have no problem treating myself to some indulgent foods but I usually don’t go overboard with it in a way that I have to double up the fitness in January."
The We're The Millers actress gave a glimpse into her exercise routine, admitting that she likes "to mix it up".
"I like to mix it up with some Power Yoga, treadmill, elliptical machine, and low weight training," she said.
It's been an exciting year for Jennifer, who tied the knot with fellow actor Justin Theroux in August. The happy couple said "I do" in their home in Bel-Air, in front of more than 70 of their closest friends and family members.
