July is upon us, meaning summer is officially in full swing. Whether you’re gearing up for a much-deserved holiday or staying put in the city, the month is set to be a jam-packed one.

With the ongoing heatwave that continues to grip the UK, Brits are doing their best to make the most out of the glorious sunshine. From glamorous rooftop bars to must-know restaurants, shopping haunts and more - there are ample spots to add to your summer radar.

Spanning fresh new buys to cool-girl hang-outs, discover our top picks below.

Scroll below to see H! Fashion's pick of the chicest things to do this July:

WHERE TO HAIR:

Fox & Vamp Walton Street

Whether you need a highlight refresh, flawless extensions or a dramatic new haircut, Fox & Vamp is one of H! Fashion's recommended salons. Founded by hairstylist Talitha Mackie, the brand unveiled its gorgeous new flagship salon on Walton Street earlier this year, offering an elegant new destination for expert colour, precision cuts and luxury hair appointments in the heart of Chelsea.

WHAT TO SHOP - FASHION:

Maksu's Summer Collection

Spanish fashion label Maksu's latest summer drop is filled with timeless pieces designed to elevate your wardrobe effortlessly. From elegant midi dresses to cool co-ords and everyday essentials, the collection is the definition of understated sophistication, making it ideal for everything from summer weddings and holidays to the office.

WHERE TO CATCH UP IN THE CITY:

Eataly's Summer Terreza with Birra Flea

If you're looking for a new al fresco spot to add to your summer hit list, Eataly London has just given its terrace a seasonal refresh in collaboration with Italian craft beer brand Birra Flea. Overlooking buzzy Liverpool Street, the space serves ice-cold beers, spritzes and a menu of Italian sharing plates, making it an ideal destination for after-work drinks or weekend catch-ups.

I recently stopped by with a friend, and it was the perfect place to soak up some post-work sunshine. I'd recommend pairing your Birra Flea beer with burrata, cold meats, and focaccia to get a taste of an Italian summer without leaving London.

WHERE TO DINE:

STK Strand

Escape the London heat and book yourself into STK Strand for an evening of premium steaks, signature cocktails and high-energy dining in the heart of the West End. From expertly grilled Wagyu to melt-in-your-mouth carpaccio and must-try tipples like the grapefruit-infused The Bull, the restaurant promises a delicious night of Americana classics. Polish it off with a slice of New York cheesecake for the sweetest finish.

WHERE TO SHOP

Bondi Active

PSA: Bondi Active has officially landed in London town! The beloved Aussie brand has made a splash in the UK, and we're absolutely here for it. Founded in Sydney, Bondi Active is known for its dreamy pastel hues, vibrant pops of colour and elevated activewear that champions movement without compromising on style or self-expression. To celebrate its UK debut, the brand is popping up in Kensington from 11–21 July before hitting UK retail stores this August. We can't wait to see what all the Aussie fuss is about.

WHERE TO BASTILLE DAY

Mazarine

Calling all foodies. Mayfair’s Michelin Guide-recommended French seafood restaurant is the hottest ticket this Bastille Day, serving up a week-long celebration of exceptional food, Champagne, French wines and cocktails at its iconic Mayfair home. Inspired by France’s celebrated coastal regions, Chef Thierry Laborde has curated a menu that pays tribute to the country's rich culinary traditions. We’ve certainly got our eye on the Millefeuille with Strawberries, washed down with a Piscine 76 - devine! Run, don’t walk, this special menu is only available for one week.

WHERE TO WINE AND DINE:

Monsieur Dior Restaurant, Saint-Tropez

Should you find yourself lucky enough to be swanning in Saint-Tropez this summer, don't miss a visit to the Monsieur Dior restaurant. Three Michelin-star chef Mauro Colagrec is heading up the kitchen, and at the core of the menu (and restaurant) is a love and respect for nature. And as you would expect from a Dior establishment - the food is as elegant as the clothes sent striding down the runway. Opt from two tasting menus, or the phenomenal afternoon tea -  Le Bal des Fleurs -and wash your meal down with a glass of something crisp and cold.

WHERE TO HAVE FUN:

Cham’Pong Summer at The Goring

This summer, The Goring is giving a classic garden game a luxurious twist with the launch of Cham'Pong. Running from 16 July until September, guests can enjoy a bottle of Bollinger while taking on the hotel's champagne-inspired version of beer pong in its private Belgravia garden, with friendly matches and impromptu tournaments encouraged throughout the day.

Adding an extra feel-good element, £5 from every bottle purchased will be donated to the Hotel School, a charity co-founded by The Goring that helps people affected by homelessness build careers in hospitality.

Trogolo

The heart of Notting Hill has just got a new Tuscan upgrade and its a reservation you do not want to sleep on this summer. From the people who bought you Petersham nurseries Trogolo is a Florence inspired trattoria serving up Italian bites, fresh pastas and Crostini's like no where else. On the warm summer evenings request a seat outside to watch the passersby while you sip on a basil cocktail and don't forget to check the specials board for something extra seasonal!
