Jennifer Aniston, 57, and her boyfriend, Jim Curtis, 50, have been going strong since they went public with their romance in November 2025. Now, the couple has reason to celebrate as it appears as though Jennifer's renovations at her huge Montecito mansion are nearing completion.
In 2022, Jennifer bought the property from Oprah Winfrey in an off-market deal for a cool $14.8 million and she spent the following years completely overhauling it. The diggers have departed and the garden looks pristine, which could mean that the project is complete.
Drastic renovations outside included tearing up the tiered lawn to make way for an idyllic swimming pool and replacing all of the windows for modern black frames.
It is unknown whether the star has renovated the interior of the 4,320-square-foot mansion, but there's no doubt that it will now have Jennifer's captivating and totally zen interior design style.
We are excited to see glimpses inside the abode once Jennifer moves in, as she occasionally shares looks inside her private spaces via Instagram.
Jennifer's Bel-Air mansion
The Morning Show actress already has a rather impressive home around 100 miles away. Jennifer has carefully curated her Bel Air home alongside designer Stephen Shadley, to create a wellness haven. She explained all to Vanity Fair: "I've basically incorporated all of the healing modalities in order to create a calm environment in the chaos of the wonderful industry and the world at large."
Highlights include a gym with tropic tree view, a gorgeous sun deck and an outdoor-indoor bathroom complete with a marble tub.
There has been attention to detail in the grounds of the seven-bed mansion too. Architectural Digest reported that "garden designer Marcello Villano and landscape architect Anne Attinger reorganized the alfresco spaces as a series of interconnected outdoor rooms, terraces, and Asian-inspired pocket gardens."
Despite being a zen retreat for the star, there is a chance that this place holds bad memories for Jennifer considering it was the location for her lowkey wedding to Justin Theroux.
Now, Jennifer has found happiness with Jim and fans are in awe of their relationship. "You and Jim are such a beautiful couple," and "Happiness looks great on you guys!" were among the comments on the star's latest Instagram update.
The pair were first romantically linked in the summer of 2025 after being introduced through mutual friends. What reportedly began as a friendship soon developed into a relationship built around their shared passion for health, mindfulness and personal growth.
