Sharon Osbourne has been struggling to sell the iconic LA home she shared with Ozzy Osbourne for years now. It has recently been relisted with a further reduction in the asking price in a last-ditch attempt to shift it.
It has popped up on the market for $16 million via the Jonah Wilson website. The fresh listing explains that it is a property that has been "meticulously restored with attention to detail," and the highlights outlined are things like the chef's kitchen, swimming pool and grand primary suite. Another feature is the "magnificent screening room" which "exudes the magic of old Hollywood complete with fireplace and bar". There's a garage and guest apartment, too.
Sharon first listed the property when Ozzy was still alive, during their efforts to move back to the UK for good. It was originally listed for $18 million.
It was then taken off the market, but eight months following the death of her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, Sharon Osbourne listed their 1920s-style Los Angeles estate for a reduced rate of $17 million. Once more, it was removed from sale, but was listed as a rental property.
Sharon has been splitting her time between the US and her Grade-II listed Georgian mansion, Welders House, in Buckinghamshire, UK. Sharon is British but has spent many years living stateside, and her children reside in America.
Inside the Osbourne mansion
Originally purchased for $12 million, the 9,000-square-foot Spanish Colonial property features eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, manicured grounds, and plenty of space.
Inside, the home showcases Sharon's signature mix of quirky and luxurious design across its expansive rooms. The interior features a retro American diner-style kitchen with a pink leather booth and checkerboard table, multiple lavish bedrooms with king-sized beds and bold headboards, a fully equipped home gym, and both casual and formal living spaces.
What did Ozzy Osbourne die of?
Although the legendary rocker was living with Parkinson's Disease, his death certificate states that he died of a heart attack. This came shortly after Ozzy performed on stage for his farewell tour. The Back to the Beginning concert was held on 5 July 2025 at Villa Park in Birmingham, and Ozzy died on 22 July.
Speaking to friend Piers Morgan, Sharon opened up about the impact of her husband's death. "Losing Ozzy wasn't just losing my husband. It was losing half of myself... It's an ache that you wake up with, and you can't get rid of that ache. It's like a big hole inside of you," she said.
