Jennifer Aniston's boyfriend, Jim Curtis, doesn't appear ready to say goodbye to his longtime New York City home just yet.

The 50-year-old did a complete 180 after putting his 1,200-square-foot condo on the market for $1.53 million after putting it up for sale in January.

Despite the relatively modest asking price, Jim seemingly struggled to find a buyer, so on June 2, he also listed the property for rent for $8,950 per month.

However, the lifestyle guru, who bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom property in Manhattan's Seaport for $1.3 million in 2015, has since delisted the property.

Both listings were removed just hours after the home appeared on the rental market, according to Realtor.com.

His decision comes just weeks after he celebrated his first anniversary with Jennifer in May, leading to speculation that he's not quite ready to make LA, where the actress owns a $21 million Bel Air mansion, his permanent home, despite basing himself in the city.

Jim and Jennifer have been together for over a year

Jennifer and Jim were introduced by mutual friends last year, sparking romance rumors in the summer of 2025 after they were spotted with friends on vacation in Mallorca.

In November, they finally went official with photos from Jim's 50th birthday celebration. In the striking snap, the Friends star peeked out lovingly from behind Jim, wrapping her arms around him as he beamed at the camera.

What truly caught fans' attention was the heartfelt caption that accompanied the image: "Happy birthday my love. Cherished," Jennifer wrote.

The declaration came after Jim made rare comments about finding love in a candid Instagram video.

Jim, who is a self-described transformational coach, was asked during an Instagram Q&A about how to find love at the age of 42.

"That's a great question," Jim said in his response. "The same as you do at 22 and 32 but with more confidence, more experience and more authenticity."

He added: "Go out, open yourself to love, make eye contact and smile. Connect with people and most importantly, love yourself. When you love yourself, you will magnetise more love to you."

While they don't speak about each other often, they will occasionally share loved-up snaps together on social media.

In April, Jennifer shared a carousel of photos, one featuring her embracing Jim, while another showed him reclining in a chair with a dog on his lap.
