The Princess of Wales has stepped out in London after delighting royal fans by sharing rare pictures of her family after completing her Three Peaks challenge.

Kate, 44, met children and families at Evelina London Children's Hospital on Monday in her role as patron, hearing more about its vision to become the city's most comprehensive and integrated children's hospital.

The Princess looked effortlessly elegant in a cream shirt dress with black buttons and belt from Suzannah London, remaining cool despite the 32C temperatures facing the capital.

Her visit comes during a week of busy royal engagements with frequent outings by the royal family, as well as Prince Harry's highly anticipated return to the UK.

On Sunday evening, the Princess shared heartwarming photographs of her reunion with her husband, Prince William, and their three children after her Three Peaks challenge last weekend. They were also joined by her mother, Carole Middleton, and brother, James.

The delightful pictures saw her exchange a tight hug with her husband William and reassure an emotional Charlotte, while Prince Louis was typically cheeky and played with James's dog in the background.

She was also seen with her arm around George in another photo, holding hands with Louis, and chatting to her family.

The final picture showed Kate alongside her family, including her parents, brother, and his dog.
