Prince George and Princess Charlotte are always perfectly behaved royal siblings in public – and they recently had their most in-sync moment yet.

The two eldest children of Prince William and Kate attended the Wimbledon tennis tournament together last month and watched the final on Centre Court.

As well as moments of light fun – such as when George, 13, made his sister giggle with his sunhat antics – the two also knew when to respect more serious points in the game.

As runner-up, German tennis player Alexander Zverev, received his inscribed silver plate, he earned enthusiastic applause from the Wales family, before the Princess of Wales presented winner Jannik Sinner with the gold trophy.

George and Charlotte were filmed looking identical as they clapped for Alexander, and they were perfectly in time with one another.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte have a close bond, which they also share with their younger brother, Prince Louis, eight.

The siblings have attended Lambrook School together in Berkshire for the last few years, though George will head to Eton College for secondary school next month

George and Charlotte have shared the pressures of growing up in the public eye together, and have started to attend high-profile events with their parents.

In July, Charlotte even made a brief cameo in George's birthday video, as she was spotted playing in the sand in the background.

The siblings also attended Taylor Swift's concert together in 2024 with dad Prince William, after which George was spotted with a friendship bracelet on his wrist, believed to have been made by Charlotte.

William and Kate – who are known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay while in Scotland – were accompanied by Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis and Prince George during the netball semi-final match at the Hydro arena.

The family also fitted in a visit to the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome in the east end of the city, where they met the six-time Olympic champion himself and watched some of the action on the cycling track.

Kate even revealed that Louis was "perfecting his handstands on carpets", though the youngest Wales sibling replied ruefully: "Charlotte says it isn't very good."
