Meghan Markle is officially a Pilates princess if recent reports are anything to go by.
The Duchess of Sussex, who relocated to the UK with her family last month, was seen last week enjoying a reformer Pilates class at the celebrity-beloved Soho Farmhouse, and we can see why.
One regular attendee of Pilates at the private members' club told HELLO! that the classes - which cost £25 - are incredibly intimate and led by the industry's best.
"The Pilates classes at Soho Farmhouse feel incredibly intimate; obviously, absolutely no photos are allowed. They only have 10-12 beds per class," they said.
"The team bring in experts from luxury gyms in London to do the classes, which cost £25. You can hire the whole space, but I don't think Meghan does that."
As for what else is on offer for the Duchess, our source added: "You can also do personal training sessions, tennis, padel, and they offer special swimming sessions for the children."
And Meghan is in good company as our source frequently sees countless A-listers and their partners at the Farmhouse, situated on the Great Tew Estate.
"I have seen so many A-listers: Brad Pitt, Ellen DeGeneres - who is obviously a local - Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh - they couldn't be more loved up."
Meghan's Cotswolds haunts
The Duchess has been a regular at Soho Farmhouse, with it being one of the first places she was seen publicly upon her arrival in the UK.
Members of the members-only retreat, Soho Farmhouse, who noticed the Duchess, said she had an early morning coffee and was introduced to senior staff members by name and with "considerable fanfare", Tom Sykes reported in The Guardian.

The mother-of-two has also paid a visit to a couple of local pubs. The Falkland Arms in Great Tew and The Three Horseshoes in Astall.
Meghan enjoyed a fish and chip lunch with her close friend, Kelly McKee Zajfen, at the Falkland Arms, with Kelly's baby son, Jack, who was born in March.
Meanwhile, the Three Horseshoes - which is owned by Daylesford Organic CEO Lady Carole Bamford - saw Meghan catching up with her new neighbour and former US chat show host Ellen and her wife, Portia Di Rossi, last week.
