Located in the heart of the capital, The Landmark London is the perfect setting for a special girls’ weekend away - particularly if you want to enjoy the comforts of your home in an elegant, opulent hotel. Those experiencing the Duvet Day, Movie Night offer will be welcomed in style with a bottle of chilled champagne, followed by a delicious afternoon tea. We got to savour a lovely selection of finger sandwiches, which consisted of egg mayonnaise and mustard cress, smoked salmon and classic cucumber; fresh warm scones with clotted cream and homemade jam as well as a variety of delicate cakes and patisseries.

Shortly after our wonderful feast, we had our make-up done by an Emmy-nominated make-up artist, who offered us some of her best tips and advice on current beauty trends as well as how to nail that red carpet look with a few simple hacks. The girls' evening was topped off by watching a couple of movies from a fantastic selection of chick flicks while wrapped up in luxurious fluffy robes and snacked on quirky flavoured popcorn (mojito and sweet chilli flavours).

The following morning was very chilled out as we got up leisurely to enjoy an amazing breakfast in the stunning Winter Garden, a spacious atrium with tall palm trees stretching towards the glass roof. Here, I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere while the staff made sure I had everything to hand – even though they catered to almost every dining option with their buffet. Our table was a little bit away from the atrium, so our view wasn't the best, but overall, the food and ambience was exceptional - certainly a unique option to treat your girlfriends to a special weekend away.
