Ella Bleu Travolta is looking more like her late mother, Kelly Preston, every day.

The 26-year-old bore a striking resemblance to her mom at the NYC premiere of her dad, John Travolta's directorial debut, Propeller One-Way Night Coach, at the Museum of Modern Art on May 21.

Ella, who stars as a flight attendant in the movie, looked beautiful in a floor-length halter-neck white dress with blue and green floral appliqués and a large blue bow at the waist.

She wore her dark hair in a chic updo and opted for soft glam with a deep, rosy lip and fluttery eyelashes.

John, meanwhile, wore another black beret with a navy suit, bow tie, and spectacles – a recent look he has adopted to be seen more as a director, rather than an actor.

"I said, 'I'm a director this time. You're an actor, play the part of a director, look like an old-school director,'" he explained to CNN, about his viral new look.

"So I looked up pictures from the '20, '30s, '40s, '50, '60s, and the old-school directors wore berets, and the glasses, and I thought, 'That's what I'm doing. I'm doing an homage to being a director, so I'm going to play the part of being a director.'"

Propeller One-Way Night Coach is based on John's 1997 children's novel of the same name. "Set in the golden age of aviation, the story follows a young airplane enthusiast, Jeff (played by newcomer Clark Shotwell), and his mother (Kelly Eviston-Quinnett), who set off on a one-way cross-country odyssey to Hollywood, which transforms a simple flight into the trip of a lifetime," according to the synopsis.

"Between airline meals, charming flight attendants (played by Ella Bleu Travolta and Olga Hoffman), unexpected stopovers, larger-than-life passengers, and a thrilling glimpse at first class, the journey unfolds in moments both magical and unexpected, charting the course for the boy's future."

It has been six years since John's beloved wife lost her two-year battle with breast cancer on July 12, 2020.

Announcing her death at the age of 57, John shared an emotional statement on Instagram at the time.

He penned: "It is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that my beautiful wife Kelly has lost her two-year battle with breast cancer. She fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many.

"Kelly's love and life will always be remembered. I will be taking some time to be there for my children who have lost their mother, so forgive me in advance if you don't hear from us for a while. But please know that I will feel your outpouring of love in the weeks and months ahead as we heal."

John opened up about how he approached parenting in the aftermath of Kelly's passing during a 2021 appearance on Kevin Hart's talk show Hart to Heart.

Explaining how his son Ben, 15, feared he would lose John as well, he said: "I said, 'Well, it's a very different thing.' And I went through the differences about my longevity and her limited life.

"I said, 'But you know, Ben, you always love the truth and I'm going to tell you the truth about life. Nobody knows when they're gonna go or when they're going to stay.'"
