Jack Osbourne has shared a message on social media following remarks on his appearance.

The Osbournes star took to Instagram to share footage of himself at home in LA, discussing reports that he had lost weight. "If I see one more article written about me saying how I'm sick, I'm grossly underweight, What's going on? Health crisis Jack. It's [expletive] insane.

"I have lost any weight since I got out of the jungle doing I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, what, six months ago? I've been the same weight. The only difference is I've shaved my beard and opted for a creepy moustache. That's the only difference."

Jack then went on to say that he had consistently been losing weight over the past three years after making some healthy lifestyle changes.

Jack has had a busy year, welcoming his fifth daughter, Ozzy Matilda, in March. The Osbournes star shares Ozzy, along with daughter Maple Artemis Osbourne, born in 2022, with wife Aree Gearhart.

He is also dad to three older children, Pearl Clementin Osbourne, born in 2012, Andy Rose Osbourne, born in 2015, and Minnie Theodora Osbourne, born in 2018, from his first marriage to Lisa Stelly. The duo were married from 2012 to 2019.

The doting dad often talks about parenthood and how his own mom and dad's parenting style had a lasting impact on him. Jack expressed that it was through witnessing how his parents raised him, that he was able to learn how he would like to raise his own kids.

The star revealed on the Leave No Doubt Fatherhood podcast: "I think so much of parenting is you learn from your parents' mistakes ultimately, and you pick and choose, 'Hey, I liked that my parents did that,' 'I didn't like that my parents did that.' And that's okay, because our parents did the same [expletive].

He continued: "And my dad didn't raise me at all like his dad raised him. And same with my mother — she was very different from her parents. And that's kind of, whether people realize it or not, I think that's the gift we give our kids. If they're aware enough, we give them that playbook to operate from when they're ready to be parents."

Ozzy passed away in July 2025 and the family is still mourning his death. Before he died, he heard the news from Jack that he would have been a grandfather again.
