Jamie Chung recently rocked a "naked" bikini cover-up dress on social media, as she rested and recharged during her Turks and Caicos getaway.
The actress donned a transparent crochet dress with a thigh-slit, on top of her black bikini. She completed the look with black kitten heels and black sunglasses.
In another picture, the star was spotted in a white bikini with black edges, a straw hat, and black sunglasses, while enjoying the beachside views.
The star captioned her post: "10 out of 10 family holiday @beachesresorts #treasurebeachresort."
Fans react
Fans flocked to the comments to cheer Jamie on. One person wrote: "This cover up though!"
A second fan added: "'Long Cool Woman in Black Dress' by the Hollies. You should play this song Jamie [along with] this pic."
A third follower continued: "Stunning as ever," as one person wrote: "Jamie the beautiful."
Jamie's workout routine
Jamie consistently works out in order to maintain her elegant figure. She revealed to Us Weekly: "If I'm in the gym, I like a 15-minute warm-up on the treadmill, then I go to the [crossover] cable trainer and I do a jump pull-up and then static holds and then I'll slowly come down — it really works your whole body."
Jamie added: "I also do triceps and compound movement, like push presses and then squats with kettlebells. I'm all about time."
If she's doing an at-home workout, she turns to YouTube for her tutorials, adding: "I follow Alo Yoga on YouTube and do their power vinyasa videos."
Another option for the actress is incorporating her workouts into her everyday activities by taking her dog out for runs or long walks for example.
Jamie's take on working out
The star not only sees the physical results from her workouts, but the emotional ones as well. She expressed: "I like to move every day, I just feel better after I've moved, it's about your state of mind and giving yourself some endorphins."
Although fitness is a big part of her lifestyle, the star makes sure to listen to her body when it needs a lighter workout.
Jamie shared: "If I'm super lazy I'll say, 'Ok, let’s just start with 50 sit-ups, then 50 more then 15 push-ups and go from there.' Then I'll do some squats."
The performer added: "It's about being superconscious of what you do to your body and what you put in your body."
Jamie emphasized just how important prioritizing your mind, body and spirit is, concluding: "It's so easy to be so stressed out and [with] all the pressures we put on ourselves, just take five minutes to meditate and get your mind right, everything else will follow."
