Aryna Sabalenka provided a behind the scenes look on social media into how she maintains her impressive bikini body, and it's certainly not easy.
The athlete posted a video of her "intense workout" at the gym, and brace yourself: the star works out twice in one day, believe it or not.
She captioned her video: "Gym repeat (seriously)," and she wasn't kidding. The overlaid text read: "Hit the gym with me *twice in one day*" as Aryna was spotted doing a full-body strength-training workout using resistance bands and dumbbells to stimulate muscle growth, plus she got her cardio in by cycling.
After she concluded the session, the overlaid text read: "Workout one," with a check mark emoji. Next, the overlaid text read: "Round two, let's go," as she was spotted squatting, exercising with a Pilates ball and running on the treadmill.
At the end of her workout, the text read: "Ok, cut the cameras, we're done," with a waving emoji. Fans cheered her hard work on as they flocked to the comments. One person wrote: "Let's go girl."
A second follower confirmed: "This is why you can do what you do!" Another fan continued: "Stunning body." One person wrote: "That's an intense workout!"
Others felt inspired by Aryna's workout, with one person writing: "Need to do this routine!" A second fan added: "Will try to imitate all of it right now."
Whether she's putting in time at the gym, competing, or dealing with the high pressures of her career, the star has a noteworthy goal.
She expressed to Harper's Bazaar: "My dream is to inspire people, to be a fighter and to be an example of not giving up and going through whatever life throws at me."
The athlete added: "If someone can look at me and think, 'She did it, and she was strong, and I just have to do the same, and I can go through it,' I'll be really happy. I would love to inspire people to be strong and never give up."
Some of her positive attributes such as her perseverance, discipline, work ethic, and go-getter attitude, can easily be traced back to her training sessions off the court.
Aryna also highlighted the importance of mental strength in her demanding industry, which can come with a lot of highs and lows.
She expressed: "When you get to a high level, it definitely takes a lot of mental work. You have to keep reminding yourself that you're strong enough. You do not necessarily have to be tough on yourself, and you don't have to cry, but you have to understand that whatever you're going through, you just have to go through it."
