Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson sent Dawson's Creek fans into a frenzy over the weekend as they reunited on the red carpet at the 2026 Tribeca Festival.
The former co-stars appeared together for the premiere of Happy Hours at New York City's BMCC Theater on Saturday June 6 2026, marking another chapter in their enduring friendship more than two decades after they first found fame as Joey Potter and Pacey Witter on the hit teen drama.
Katie looked radiant for the occasion in a champagne-coloured satin gown that perfectly balanced old Hollywood glamour with modern elegance. The silky dress featured delicate lace and ruffle detailing across the neckline and shoulders, along with short puff sleeves that added a romantic touch to the look. She paired the gown with black heels and understated jewellery, allowing the dress to take centre stage.
Her brunette hair was styled half-up with loose pieces framing her face, while her natural makeup highlighted her glowing complexion and signature effortless beauty.
Joshua complemented his co-star in a sharp cobalt-blue suit worn with a crisp white shirt and black dress shoes. The actor's tailored ensemble added a splash of colour to the red carpet, and the pair appeared relaxed and happy as they posed arm in arm for photographers.
Katie and Joshua famously dated during the early years of Dawson's Creek before remaining close friends long after the series ended in 2003. Their latest collaboration sees them sharing the screen once again in Happy Hours, a romantic dramedy that Katie also wrote and directed.
The actress has spoken passionately about the project, which brought together an ensemble cast including Constance Wu, Marie-Louise Parker and Joe Tippett.
The premiere capped off a busy few days for Katie at Tribeca. Just one day earlier, she attended the Chanel Tribeca Festival Women's Luncheon celebrating the Through Her Lens programme at The Greenwich Hotel in New York.
For the daytime event, Katie showcased a completely different look. The actress opted for a classic white short-sleeved knit top tucked into high-waisted charcoal jeans, accessorising with black pointed heels, a slim black belt and a chic cream handbag with gold chain detailing.
Katie, 47, continues to carve out a successful career both in front of and behind the camera. In recent years she has increasingly focused on writing, directing and producing, earning praise for her work as a filmmaker while maintaining her status as one of Hollywood's most effortlessly stylish stars.
