Emma Thompson enjoyed a glamorous mother-daughter night out on Friday as she stepped onto the red carpet alongside her strikingly similar daughter, Gaia Wise.
The Oscar-winning actress, 67, was all smiles as she posed with the 26-year-old at the 2026 Albies, hosted by George and Amal Clooney at London's Natural History Museum.
And while Emma looked effortlessly chic in her elegant ensemble, it was her lookalike daughter who commanded attention in a daring black gown.
Gaia, who has followed her famous parents into acting, showcased her statuesque figure in a dramatic floor-length black dress featuring a high neckline, long sleeves and an eye-catching cut-out across the chest and midriff.
The striking design featured ruched detailing around the waist, flowing into a sleek skirt with a sweeping train.
The brunette beauty completed her look with sparkling diamond drop earrings, deep red lipstick and matching oxblood nails, while her dark hair was swept into a sophisticated bun.
Standing noticeably taller than her famous mother, Gaia wrapped an arm around Emma as the pair smiled for photographers.
Meanwhile, the Love Actually star opted for a contrasting black-and-white ensemble, pairing a textured white jacket with a long black skirt.
Emma accessorized with her signature red-rimmed glasses and matching red loafers, while her short platinum hair was swept back from her face.
The pair joined a glittering guest list that included Brad Pitt and his girlfriend Ines de Ramon, Emily Ratajkowski, Donatella Versace and Anna Wintour.
The annual Albies, organized by the Clooney Foundation for Justice, recognize courageous individuals working to defend human rights around the world.
Gaia is daughter to Emma and her husband, actor Greg Wise, whom she married in 2003. The couple, who met while filming the 1995 adaptation of Sense and Sensibility, are also parents to their adopted son, Tindyebwa "Tindy" Agaba Wise.
Gaia has inherited her parents' passion for acting, becoming the third generation of her family to enter the profession, following in the footsteps of Emma and her grandmother, actress Phyllida Law.
She has already established an impressive acting résumé, including voicing the lead character Héra in the 2024 animated film The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim.
She also joined the cast of the popular period drama All Creatures Great and Small, playing Charlotte Beauvoir.
More recently, Gaia appeared alongside her mother in the 2025 thriller Dead of Winter, portraying a younger version of Emma's character, Barb.
The close bond between the two was evident during their latest red carpet appearance, with Gaia looking every inch the rising Hollywood star alongside her famous mother.
