Kelly Osbourne infused her sartorial agenda with a gothic glamour twist at the Royal Ascot on June 16.

The 41-year-old wore a black maxi dress that featured an asymmetric neckline and elegant ruched detailing along the bodice. The figure-hugging design was accentuated by a subtle slit on the leg.

Kelly styled the garment with glitzy black platform heels and layered with a trio of cross pendant necklaces. However, all eyes were on her daring bat-inspired fascinator that boasted a sculptural design. Her blond locks were left down in a sleek bob while her makeup oozed soft glam, courtesy her bold pink eye look and nude lip.

The headpiece paid tribute to Kelly's late father Ozzy Osbourne, who famously bit off the head of a dead bat during a concert at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Des Moines, Iowa, in January 1982, after a fan threw it onto the stage.

The Osbourne family announced Ozzy's death in July 2025 with a personal statement that read: "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning."

The statement continued: "He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."

The Black Sabbath frontman is survived by his wife Sharon Osbourne, and his children, Jack, Kelly, Aimee, Jessica, Louis, and Elliot.

The Prince of Darkness tragically died of heart failure at the age of 76, just two weeks after performing a farewell concert with his Black Sabbath bandmates at Villa Park stadium in Birmingham.

"I still reach for you in ordinary moments, Dad, in quiet rooms, in tired evenings, in every piece of life that should have included you," Kelly penned on social media last month.

The star's sighting at the Royal Ascot comes after she attended the launch of the Vivienne Westwood x J. Sheekey Terrace in London on June 8. Kelly graced the event in a black gown that featured delicate draping and a cinched waist, while the sleeveless design displayed her tattooed arms. She accessorized with layered gold necklaces and slicked her blonde bob behind her ears.

In March, it was revealed that she and Sid had split, seven months after he proposed in July 2025, and after more than three years of dating and welcoming their son, Sidney, together in November 2022.
