Hailey Bieber has just sparked major underwear envy, as she showcased her sculpted physique in her campaign debut for Skims' Everyday Cotton collection.
Shot by Mert Alas, the beauty mogul modelled the Everyday Cotton Triangle Bralette and Hipster in Peony against a simple gray backdrop. The looks interchange between black, white, heather gray and brown, while the shots feature color images as well as black-and-white portraits.
Following the campaign's debut, the images quickly went viral across social media, leaving many fans wondering how Hailey maintains her toned abs, sculpted physique, and enviable hourglass silhouette.
HELLO! takes a closer look at the Rhode founder's exact diet and workout routine, along with the wellness and beauty habits she ensures she sticks to.
Hailey Bieber's workout routine
When it comes to her fitness routine, Hailey blends high-intensity training and strength with low-impact exercises. "I used to be a ballet dancer so Pilates for me gets my body personally in the best shape because it’s very elongating," she told Women's Health in 2021. "A lot of the movements in Pilates are very similar to dance."
"I really like boxing and I’ll do a couple of sessions a week in the gym, weight training and cardio. Exercise keeps my mind and my body really healthy," she added.
However, despite being a Pilates supporter, Hailey has since admitted she thinks the workout is "a little over" in an interview with Time Studios. "Is that crazy for me to say?" she asked, adding, "I love Pilates. I really do. But I think it’s become a little bit of, like, a fad and it’s really hard to find really good teachers that care about form."
Hailey Bieber's diet
Hailey starts each day with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil mixed with the juice of half a lemon. "It helps coat the gut, and it’s a good detox," she shared of the practice, which she has maintained each morning for several months.
The star has previously collaborated with Erewhon to launch a Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie for its wellness benefits. The pink-colored beverage contains Organic Almond Milk, Organic Banana, Organic Strawberries, Organic Avocado, Organic Dates, Organic Maple Syrup, Grass-fed Vanilla Collagen, Vanilla Stevia, Sea Moss, Organic Coconut Cream, and Organic Strawberry Glaze.
Hailey ensures she has three meals a day. "On a regular day, breakfast is usually eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie. Lunch is usually salad, fish, grilled veggies, or maybe a sandwich. I don't really eat a lot of gluten so I'm trying to be particular. I love a good kale Caesar salad [but with] no croutons. That's usually one thing I leave out. Dinner is usually kind of along the same lines [as lunch]; some sort of vegetable, or pasta, like a gluten-free pasta," she told ELLE.
Hailey's wellness practices
While diet and exercise play a large role in sculpting your figure, Hailey also swears by lymphatic drainage massages to achieve a toned physique. "[I] live by them, like obsessed with lymphatic drainage anything, but the massages specifically," she told Time. "It is really crazy how much water we hold onto in our bodies. And also the lymphatic system is so important for just detox in general and overall health, so I think completely underrated."
