Beverly Hills, 90210 star Tiffani Thiessen proved she hadn't aged a day since stealing hearts onscreen in the '90s, with a humorous clip posted to Instagram that showcased her svelte figure.
The 52-year-old looked incredible in the video, as she sat on the beach dressed in a black swimsuit with spaghetti straps, denim cutoff shorts and black sunglasses. Tiffani was laid-back as she held an alcoholic drink in her hand and mouthed the opening words to Aretha Franklin's track "I Say a Little Prayer".
"What time do you start drinking on vacation?" read the words placed over the clip, as she sang, "The moment I wake up". She added a caption that read: "Juussst waking up."
Tiffani's fans took to the comment section to exclaim over her glowing appearance, with one writing: "Damn still a smoke show," while another joked: "Did she say anything I was mesmerized." A third chimed in: "A total FOX," and another declared: "She's an icon, she's a legend and she is the moment."
The mother of two shot to fame in the '90s as Kelly Kapowski on Saved by the Bell, before going on to join the cast of Beverly Hills, 90210 in 1994 when Shannon Doherty departed the show.
Tiffani has dedicated much of her life to wellness, and works to maintain a healthy diet and fitness regimen. "In my 20s, it was all about looking really good," she told People. "But in my 50s, my first goal was feeling good, and that was physically and mentally. That had a lot to do with my diet and the type of exercising I was doing."
The actress explained that rather than going hard in the gym, she liked engaging in outdoor activities that she truly enjoyed. "I was doing things like hiking outside or playing pickleball with friends because it really has a lot to do with your mental health too," she said.
"That's where I think I've changed a lot as I've gotten older. You get the benefits where you, of course, look better too, but I think when you start with the mental, it actually makes it a little easier."
"That's what I've learned in my wise age of 51 now," Tiffani shared. "When you go that way first, usually everything else falls into place." Tiffani, who shares 16-year-old Harper and nine-year-old Holt with her husband, Brady Smith, opened up about aging naturally to set an example for her children.
"I like my laugh lines," she told Page Six. "And I call them laugh lines and happy lines because that's what they are, you know? And I also cried a lot, too. So they probably were created for that, too. But that's life. And I earned them."
"I have a teenage daughter, I don't want her to see that I'm scared [about] turning 50 and that I need to change my face or anything," she explained. The brunette beauty added that she occasionally fell victim to thoughts about plastic surgery, due to the forward-facing nature of her job.
"I look at [myself] in Zoom, and I'm like, 'Oh boy!' But that's part of it, right? Like there's days [where you] feel better than others, and there's days that I don't care so much," she said.
