Sharon Stone proved she has not lost an ounce of her runway confidence as she made a dramatic return to the catwalk at Paris Fashion Week.

The 68-year-old actress walked in Vetements' Spring/Summer 2027 menswear show on June 26, marking her first major runway appearance in more than three decades.

Sharon commanded attention in a sharply tailored black-and-white look, pairing a boxy white blazer with a black button-down shirt, a white necktie worn backwards and towering leather thigh-high boots.

Her sleek blonde bob was styled in a neat centre part, while taupe eyeshadow and a deep burgundy lip gave the ensemble an extra dose of old-school Hollywood glamour.

The actress appeared completely at home as she strode down the runway, reminding fashion fans that her career began long before she became one of the most recognisable stars of the 1990s.

Before her breakthrough acting roles, Sharon worked as a model, and she continued to maintain close ties to fashion even after finding global fame in films including Total Recall, Basic Instinct, Casino and The Quick and the Dead.

Her previous catwalk appearance came in 1993, when she closed Valentino's Spring 1994 Paris Fashion Week show. At the time, Sharon took to the runway in a bridal-inspired minidress, complete with a lace top hat and dramatic floor-length veil.

While her return for Vetements was a nostalgic full-circle moment, fashion has remained a major part of Sharon's life and career. In a 2025 interview with Business Insider, the actress revealed that modelling continues to be one of her strongest income streams.

"I'm still modeling, and I still make more money today modeling than in film," she said. "It's still a huge part of my reality."

It is a striking admission from an actress whose screen career has spanned more than four decades. Sharon became a household name after playing Catherine Tramell in 1992 thriller Basic Instinct, before earning an Academy Award nomination and Golden Globe win for her acclaimed performance opposite Robert De Niro in Martin Scorsese's Casino.

In recent years, she has continued to take on select acting roles while building a significant presence in the art world, where her paintings have also attracted attention.

Her latest appearance showed that Sharon remains just as compelling in fashion as she is on screen.
