Gal Gadot has showed off her major gym gains in new vacation pictures posted on social media.
The star had her impressively chiseled abs on full display online, as she rocked a black bikini and black shades.
In another picture, the actress was spotted taking it easy as she got some tanning in while resting on a lounge chair by the pool.
She captioned the photos: "Weekend – last photo is now," as the last shot featured Gal's mirror picture of herself wearing a robe in her hotel bed.
Fans flocked to the entertainer's comments to cheer her on. One person wrote: "Stunning, inside and out."
A second follower added: "That's a body of a mother of four right there! Wow!!!" A third fan continued: "Gorgeous goddess." Another follower wrote: "Speechless."
Gal's workouts
Gal's fitness trainer Magnus Lygdback shared insight into the exercises the star focused on while training for her starring role in Wonder Woman 1984.
The entertainer did a mixture of HIIT, resistance training, cardio core training and more.
The trainer is a huge fan of doing full body workouts, instead of separating the body into leg day or arm day.
He explained to Women's Health Magazine: "I'm a big fan of working different parts of the body every day so your body gets to recover and rest in between."
When doing a HIIT workout, the trainer recommended: "I love sprints but they can be hard on your knees. The assault or Airdyne bike is another great option for these."
Some of his favorite resistance training exercises include goblet squats, walking lunges, curtsy lunges, and banded lateral walks.
As for the core workout, he advised doing skaters and hollow body holds.
Gal's diet
Gal's priority is eating as healthy as she can on a regular basis, but she also admitted that she sometimes treats herself with her favorite meals.
She revealed to Marie Claire: "I love all food. I eat pasta and ice cream and I'll eat burgers from time to time. When people deprive themselves of something it makes them want to eat it even more. I don't want to be skinny but I do want to know that I'm only putting quality fuel into my body. I eat a lot of fish and chicken, and I make sure that around 30-40 percent of our family diet is made of cooked or raw vegetables."
The actress added: "I need to set a healthy example for my daughter. I want to know that what she feeds her body does her good. We make smoothies in the morning with parsley, celery, green apples and ginger – basically, we throw in whatever we have."
