Jennifer Lopez is making the most of every precious moment with her children before they leave home.
The "On the Floor" singer, 57, was spotted enjoying a family vacation in Rome with her 18-year-old twins, Max and Oskar, ahead of the siblings embarking on their next chapter as college students.
The doting mom looked every inch the proud parent as she stopped to photograph her children while they explored the Italian capital together. Smiling as she captured the moment on her phone, Jennifer ensured the special family trip would be one to remember.
For the outing, the multi-hyphenate star embraced effortless summer glamour in a satin champagne-colored mini dress that highlighted her toned legs.
She completed the chic vacation look with metallic flip-flops, layered gold jewelry and a vintage-inspired silk scarf tied over her hair.
Meanwhile, Max kept things casual in a white T-shirt and shorts, while Oskar opted for jeans and a button-down shirt as they wandered through the city's historic streets.
Making memories in Rome
The trio embraced all the highlights of the Eternal City, taking in iconic landmarks including the Colosseum while cooling off with gelato during the warm summer weather.
Jennifer was every bit the proud mom, frequently stopping to admire the sights with her twins, while a security team discreetly accompanied the family throughout the day.
The getaway also included a luxury shopping excursion, with Jennifer visiting boutiques including Brunello Cucinelli and Antonio Marras.
A bittersweet milestone
The vacation comes just months after Max and Oskar graduated from high school, marking the beginning of an emotional new chapter for the family.
Jennifer has been candid about how difficult she is finding the prospect of becoming an empty nester after raising the twins, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
"It's an emotional time. It's been the three of us," she said during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
"People have come in and out of my life, but it's been the three of us. They've always been there, and I've always been there."
Reflecting on the upcoming change, she added: "I just never thought they would not be there. I just never thought that far ahead."
The singer also admitted on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that she became emotional while writing heartfelt messages in her children's high school yearbooks.
"When I tell you, the tears... two days it took me to write those things," she said.
Embracing a new chapter
As Jennifer prepares for life without her children at home, she is also embracing another fresh start following her 2024 divorce from Ben Affleck.
The actress and singer has spoken openly about enjoying being single and focusing on herself.
Asked during an interview with Nightline whether she was eager to find another relationship, Jennifer replied: "No! No I'm not! God forbid, I don't want to ruin anything! It's so nice right now! I'm so happy! It's the best. I just feel really good right now."
She echoed those sentiments during a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, confirming she is happily single.
"I am!" she said with a smile before joking: "I should have done it sooner. I've been doing it all wrong. I've been doing it all wrong, trust me."
