Hilary Duff's very first show at New York City's Madison Square Garden proved to be quite the emotional rollercoaster.
The singer, 38, performed her very first concert in the iconic NYC venue to a sold out crowd as part of her ongoing Lucky Me Tour on Wednesday, August 5.
During the show, she brought out special guests Good Charlotte, which includes her ex-boyfriend Joel Madden, introduced three RuPaul's Drag Race alum to do her viral TODAY Show dance with her, and also shouted out her four adorable kids.

During the show, as you can see in the video above, the "This is What Dreams Are Made Of" singer told the crowd how grateful she was to be there, especially after rushing her five-year-old to the emergency room earlier that day.
"My kids are here tonight," she shared to rapturous cheers and applause, and revealed that she'd had a whirlwind morning after taking Mae to the hospital. But all was well, and she proudly called her "Mae-Mae" a "very brave" kid for dealing with it all.
