Beyoncé's three kids are certainly seeming primed for success, especially her daughters Blue Ivy and Rumi Carter.
The pop icon, 44, shares daughter Blue, 14, and twins Rumi and Sir, nine, with husband Jay-Z, 56. While Sir remains firmly out of the spotlight, Blue and Rumi are inheriting their parents' performer genes.
The teen has been performing alongside her parents her entire life, especially rising to prominence during the Renaissance and Cowboy Carter Tours as a back-up dancer. Rumi joined the Cowboy Carter Tour in 2024 as a featured performer as well.
Rumi Carter, the professional gymnast?
Although, it looks like the nine-year-old has her sights set on several career paths before deciding on what she wants to be when she grows up, including one in gymnastics!
Speaking with E! News at the 2026 BET Awards, Olympic medal-winning gymnast Jordan Chiles shared just how incredible it was to receive the sign of approval from several of her favorite celebrities, including Beyoncé's two daughters, who call her an "inspiration."
In fact, she pointed out that Rumi might just be eyeing a life on the floor, saying: "[Beyoncé] told me, '[Rumi] does nonstop flips and does all this and is always talking about you,' and I'm like that's so crazy."
She continued to gush: "So, I think it's just the impact that I get to give to people like Beyoncé's children," adding: "I mean, I think it's just cool that Beyoncé even knows who I am and I'm just like, 'Oh, my gosh'."
Jordan Chiles on being an inspiration
The Olympian further spoke about the joys of being considered a role model, something she'd aspired to since she was a little girl and first making her foray into gymnastics.
"That was my biggest thing when I was little," she said. "Hopefully one day I'll be able to impact the next generation and that they get to understand that anything is possible."
Jordan, 25, continued: "You put your mind to it, go out there and have fun with it. Being very impactful in this moment, in this time, it just means everything. I hope that every little girl gets to look and be like, 'Oh, my gosh she was able to win an award and that she was able to go out there and be who she is.'"
Why Beyoncé keeps her family out of the limelight
When it comes to their family life, the "Crazy in Love" hitmakers are notoriously private, although speaking with GQ, Beyoncé shared some insight into why she wants her kids to grow up with as much "normalcy" as possible.
"One thing I've worked extremely hard on is making sure my kids can have as much normalcy and privacy as possible, ensuring my personal life isn't turned into a brand," she opined. "It's very easy for celebrities to turn our lives into performance art."
"I have made an extreme effort to stay true to my boundaries and protect myself and my family. No amount of money is worth my peace."
