Hilary Duff's impressive year just got even better. The actress and singer, 38, is one of four cover stars on the 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. And her husband is "barely" holding it together after her steamy photos were revealed.
The mother-of-four posed for the SI cover in a plunging one-piece white swimsuit – a look that her husband, Matthew Koma, loved.
After the media agency Idel World posted Hilary's cover photos to Instagram, American TV personality and fitness instructor Amanda Kloots commented: "How is @matthewkoma holding it together right now with these?!?" with a fire emoji.
Matthew, 38, replied: "Barely."

The actress and singer made her musical comeback this year after a decade away with her acclaimed album luck…or something, followed by a sold out headlining tour.
She collaborated on the album with Matthew, who is a Grammy Award-winning producer. After the album was released in February 2026, he gushed about Hilary on Instagram, writing: "My wife is one of the most humble people I've ever encountered. Her lack of ability to grasp what she means to people is the head scratcher of all head scratchers, until you realize that disposition is what makes her, her."

Of showing off her body for the iconic cover, Hilary told the publication: "I can look at my body now and appreciate all the things it has done for me. I no longer find that I am constantly comparing myself – and that is a better place to exist."
Aside from releasing her sixth studio album and posing for SI, Hilary also gave the commencement speech at the Northeastern University graduation, and was named one of Time Magazine's 100 most influential people of 2026.

In a conversation with Kylie Kelce on the Not Gonna Lie podcast, Hilary revealed that when she was first asked to pose for SI, her first reaction was: "[Expletive]! I gotta get in rip-roaring shape."
"I'm not a model," she continued. "I'm 5'2, I've had four kids. It scared me."

"It was great to have conversations with [Sports Illustrated]," Hilary told Kylie. "I [said], 'Hey, I'm not gonna wear a bikini. I have had four kids. I feel comfortable showing this, I feel comfortable showing this, I don't feel comfortable showing this.' And they [said], 'Got it. Got it.'"
