Charlize Theron's most daring looks as she turns 51: from naked dressing to bombshell bikinis

Whether she's playing around with transparent outfits, statement jewelry or sultry cut-outs, the actress has "very few" regrets when she thinks back to her earlier looks.

She revealed to People: "I feel like there shouldn't be any faux pas. I really feel like if you just go by how you feel and how much you love it, then it's not a faux pas."

The entertainer expressed that due to her high confidence, she has little concern for who likes and doesn't like her style.

Charlize explained to the outlet: "I mean, there are a lot of dresses that I know people didn't like, but I'm like, 'I looked at myself in the mirror that night and I was feeling myself.'"

The performer has collaborated with her stylist Leslie Fremar for years now, and the movie star is grateful for the memorable outfits they've put together.

The A-lister shared: "I feel like I've been so spoiled…Man, I am a lucky girl. She's stuck with me whether she likes it or not."

In the same way that Charlize likes tracking fashion risks, she also doesn't like to play it safe when it comes to trying out new hairstyles, which are the cherry on top of her intriguing looks.

She expressed to Harper's Bazaar: "I know a lot of women are very attached to their hair but I'm not, weirdly. For me, it's no issue to cut it all off or do weird [expletive] to it. Like shaving my head for Furiosa. That was a big statement that I absolutely loved."

The star continued: "And I just did the The Old Guard 2 with a mullet – I was like, 'It's [expletive] gorgeous! It's so punk rock and Patti Smith.' And then I did a bowl cut for Fast & Furious 9, and I loved that too."

Charlize concluded: "I think that stuff shouldn't be time-capsuled. I want to be brave, I want to do different things."

Perhaps Charlize's personal secret to maintaining her youthful appearance in part lies with remaining open and fearless to trying new things, regardless of one's age.
