The 44-year-old O.C. alum shared a gorgeous new photo from her trip on Instagram, showing her relaxing aboard a boat surrounded by sparkling water and tree-covered hills.
Rachel showcased her toned figure in a vibrant red bikini top, which she teamed with a pair of cut-off denim shorts for the perfect laid-back vacation look.

The pair first met in 2007 while filming the sci-fi movie Jumper, in which they played love interests, and went on to date for almost a decade before separating in 2017.
Despite their split, Rachel has previously spoken about the importance of maintaining a positive co-parenting relationship for their daughter.
"Communication is key and just being on the same page, so everything's about the kid," she told People in 2021. "As long as you put the kid first, everything will be okay."

Hayden previously revealed that Briar Rose was inspired by Sleeping Beauty, explaining during an appearance on Hallmark Channel's Home & Family that the original character is called Briar Rose.
"We both love all things Disney," he said, adding that Rachel had been particularly keen on the name.
Their daughter has since developed another major pop culture obsession: Taylor Swift.
Rachel revealed on her Broad Ideas podcast in 2023 that Taylor was Briar's very first concert, although she joked that starting with one of the world's biggest stars set the bar rather high.
"It was a really cool experience except that it was Briar's first concert, and I'm like, 'Where do you go from here?'" she said.
Rachel also praised the example Taylor sets for her daughter, saying she loved that Briar was able to watch a successful female artist commanding the stage with music she had written herself.

Both Rachel and Hayden have made a conscious effort to protect their daughter's privacy, with Rachel choosing not to share photographs showing her face on social media.
"They don't choose to be in the limelight, you know, themselves," Rachel explained during an appearance on The Viall Files.
She added that if Briar decides to pursue a public career when she is older, she will support her, but for now she doesn't want to make that decision on her daughter's behalf.
