Hollywood nepo babies have a knack for making it to the big leagues on the big screen, but some celebrity children choose to spend their time pursuing a career outside the world of paparazzi and red carpet premieres. These famous offspring have opted for jobs that answer a different kind of creative calling, have won them sporting stardom or have put the greater good at the forefront of their career.

Bella Kidman Cruise
Bella Kidman Cruise has clearly inherited her parents' creative talents, albeit in a more hands-on medium. Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman welcomed daughter Bella in 1992, prior to their 2001 divorce.
She's now working as an artist, selling tote bags, t-shirts and badges through her online shop featuring cowboy motifs, psychedelic prints and horror-inspired scenes.

Tindyebwa Agaba Wise
Four years after welcoming daughter Gaia, Emma Thompson and her husband Greg Wise adopted Tindyebwa, known as Tindy, after meeting him at a refugee aid event.
He studied at the University of Exeter and studied an MA in Human Rights Law. Tindy currently works in England's Criminal Investigation Department and married astrophysics student Bao in 2018.

Samuel Ryan Springsteen
Bruce Springsteen welcomed his third and youngest child Samuel 'Sam' Springsteen with wife Patti Scialfa in 1994. His mother proudly announced in 2014 that Sam had graduated from the Monmouth County Fire Academy.
She had even more good news to share in 2019 when he officially joined the Jersey City Fire Department. Sam is also a father, welcoming daughter Lily Harper Springsteen with his partner in 2022.

Eve Jobs might not have pursued acting, but she's certainly not opted for a normal career. It's unsurprising, really, given that she's the daughter of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs and Laurene Powell Jobs.
Their youngest daughter is a talented show jumper and is now pursuing a career in modelling. She married husband, and Team GB medalist, Harry Charles in 2025.

Charles Shaffer was born in 1985 to Anna Wintour and David Shaffer. While his mother is a global fashion authority, Charles has opted for a more private, and scientific, career.
He works as a psychiatrist, earning his Doctor of Medicine with a specialism in psychiatry from Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2016. Charles met his wife Elizabeth during his undergraduate degree in Oxford and the pair have since welcomed two children.

Harrison Ford welcomed his oldest son Benjamin during his first marriage to illustrator Mary Marquardt. Ben's creative talents have been channelled into his cooking as a celebrity chef.
In 2018, he joined the cooking efforts at the San Antonio No Kid Hungry Dinner. He welcomed two children, Ethan and Waylon, with his ex-wife Emily.

Aleksandra Lange Baryshnikov
Aleksandra Lange Baryshnikov has opted for a different kind of spotlight to Hollywood's brightly lit sets. The daughter of actress Jessica Lange and Mikhail Baryshnikov has instead pursued a career as a dancer and choreographer.
She's taught at Brown University as an Associate Professor of the Practice in Theatre Arts and Performance Studies since 2011. Aleksandra has two daughters, Adah and Ilse.
