The X-Files star showcased her impressively toned arms and shoulders in a sleek black halterneck gown as she attended the G Spot x MUBI screening of Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma at Picturehouse Central.
Keeping her look understated and elegant, Gillian swept her blonde hair into an intricate braided updo and opted for softly glowing makeup, letting the dramatic neckline of her all-black ensemble take centre stage.

The outing came just five days after Gillian celebrated her 58th birthday on August 9.
Gillian's latest red carpet appearance was in support of her provocative new horror movie, Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma, which sees her starring opposite Hacks actress Hannah Einbinder.

The movie premiered in the Un Certain Regard section at Cannes earlier this year, marking Gillian's first film premiere at the prestigious festival.
