Joanna Gaines is proving that the family genes definitely run strong, especially among the women!

The former HGTV star, 48, took to social media with a glimpse of her time spent exploring the English countryside over the summer with her two daughters, Ella, 19, and Emmie Kay, 16.

"Finally got to the English countryside with my girls. Thanks for showing us around @hohantiques," Joanna captioned her video, which you can watch above. "It was all such a dream."

The clip not only captured their sun-soaked travels, but also Joanna, Ella and Emmie Kay's matching natural curls, with their thick locks falling down to their waist, Ella in particular even sporting auburn hair.

And fans definitely noticed too! One commented: "Love this! And the genes are strong with yalls pretty matching hair," with another adding: "Omg a curly wurly," and a third saying: "The hair is hairing!!" plus a fourth similarly writing: "Gaines girl hair genes run strong."

Joanna, who shares her daughters plus her sons Drake, Duke and Crew with husband Chip Gaines, also commemorated the coming end of summer over the weekend. She and Chip will be saying farewell to their college-going kids once again in just a few short days.

"Thinking of all the parents sending their kids off to college this season," she wrote alongside some family summer memories. "I've been on that side of move-in day, so I know the wide range of emotions well."

"As hard as that goodbye is, there's nothing more fulfilling than watching your kid grow beyond you — it's one of the greatest gifts of being a parent. May you find joy, comfort, and gratitude in the letting go."
