Evangeline Lilly showcased her toned physique in a white bikini as she took a break from work to cool off with a swim.
The 47-year-old Lost star shared a mirror selfie wearing a textured white bikini top with pale green shorts, a wide-brimmed straw hat and black sunglasses.
"When its just too hot to keep working and you have to go for a swim!" she captioned the photograph, adding: "Might as well ride," alongside heat, water and bikini emojis.
Fans were quick to comment on the actress' defined shoulders and abs, with one writing: "Trying to come up with a comment that doesn't mention the shoulders, the veins, the abs… No progress so far. I'll keep you posted."
Another referenced Evangeline's famously athletic Lost character, Kate Austen, commenting: "Kate still got her muscles guyz."
"Evangeline 'ABS' Lilly," a third added.
The actress has been open about her recovery from a traumatic brain injury sustained in May 2025, when she fainted on a beach in Hawaii and fell face-first onto a boulder.
Evangeline suffered facial injuries and a concussion in the fall and later experienced problems with her memory, concentration and ability to find words. In January, she revealed that medical testing had shown decreased function across "almost every area" of her brain.
"So I do have brain damage from the TBI, and possibly other factors going on," she said in an Instagram video, explaining that her next step would be working with doctors to understand the results and begin addressing them.
She subsequently detailed some of the measures she had taken to support her recovery, including seeking specialist advice, changing her diet and following a personalised supplement regime.
The actress had already stepped away from Hollywood before her accident, announcing an indefinite hiatus from acting in June 2024.
Evangeline became a household name playing Kate from 2004 until the series ended in 2010. She later appeared as elf warrior Tauriel in The Hobbit films before joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Hope van Dyne, otherwise known as the Wasp.
Her most recent film appearance was in 2023's Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
