Hailey Bieber showed off her incredible figure as she shared a loved-up new snapshot with her husband Justin Bieber.
The 29-year-old Rhode founder looked sensational in a camouflage-print bikini as she wrapped herself around the singer during what appeared to be a sun-soaked getaway.
In the intimate Instagram photo, Hailey could be seen wearing a triangle bikini top teamed with matching high-cut thong bottoms as she leaned into her husband, wrapping one arm around his waist.
Justin, 32, went shirtless for the snap, showing off his extensive tattoo collection as he wrapped an arm protectively around his wife.
With a cigar in his mouth and the picturesque lake and mountains providing a dramatic backdrop behind them, the Daisies singer looked relaxed as Hailey planted a kiss on his cheek.
The photograph offered another glimpse inside the couple's life together after they recently celebrated a particularly special family milestone, the second birthday of their son, Jack Blues, on August 22.
Hailey marked the occasion by sharing a series of previously unseen family photographs, including a black-and-white image taken while she was pregnant with Jack. She and Justin have largely kept their little boy away from the public eye, choosing not to show his face on social media.
Hailey Bieber's changing fitness routine
Hailey's latest bikini appearance also showcased the results of a fitness routine that has changed significantly since she became a mother. While the former ballet dancer was once synonymous with Pilates, she has recently shifted her focus towards strength training. "I love Pilates, I really do," she told TIME earlier this year, before admitting she thought the workout had become "a little bit of a fad" and that finding instructors who genuinely focus on correct form can be difficult.
These days, Hailey has been working with New Zealand-born celebrity trainer Kirsty Godso, who began training her during her pregnancy with Jack in 2024. Her workouts now place a greater emphasis on strength, resistance and progressive overload.
The model recently revealed another element of her routine when she shared a photograph of herself exercising in a weighted vest with resistance bands around her thighs. The equipment can make exercises more challenging by adding resistance, and fits with Hailey's move towards building strength rather than simply focusing on low-impact workouts.
That doesn't mean she has abandoned Pilates altogether. Earlier this month, Hailey and Justin were photographed leaving a Pilates class together in Los Angeles, suggesting the couple have found a workout they can enjoy together.
Hailey's postpartum transformation
Hailey has been particularly open about how her relationship with her body changed after welcoming Jack. In a candid interview with Vogue last year, she revealed that pregnancy and childbirth had altered her body in ways she hadn't expected and pushed back against the pressure placed on women to "bounce back" after having a baby.
"When people talk about 'bouncing back' - back where?" she said, explaining that her hips were wider and her body was simply not the same as it had been before pregnancy. "You're not the same person that you were before."
Rather than rushing the process, Hailey said she worked with experts on rebuilding the foundations of her strength, including her pelvic floor, core and spinal alignment.
She had gained around 30 pounds during pregnancy and admitted that losing the final 15 pounds took longer than she anticipated.
Taking care of herself now involves far more than one particular workout. Hailey told Vogue that her routine has included strength training, sculpt classes, hot and reformer Pilates, yoga, stretching, sauna sessions, cold plunges and breath work.
It was a gradual process following a difficult birth. Hailey was in labor for 18 hours before welcoming Jack and subsequently suffered a postpartum hemorrhage, an experience she described as "a little bit scary."
What does Hailey Bieber eat?
Hailey has previously revealed that she tends to keep her everyday diet relatively simple, typically starting her morning with eggs, oatmeal, a smoothie or another source of protein.
Lunch has traditionally been something along the lines of salad, fish or grilled vegetables, while dinner follows a similar pattern with vegetables, chicken or pasta.
However, her approach appears far from relentlessly restrictive. During her Vogue interview, Hailey happily ordered cinnamon roll French toast followed by scrambled eggs with mushrooms and bacon, while the magazine noted that she and Justin enjoy date nights and are also partial to ordering food at home.
For Hailey, exercise has also always been about more than looking good in a bikini. "Exercise is another thing that keeps my mind and my body really healthy," she previously explained, revealing that boxing, Pilates, cardio and weight training had all played a role in her routine over the years.
And while Hailey's approach to fitness may have evolved since becoming a mother, she appears to have embraced the changes that came with it. "It's not the same body that it was before," she told Vogue. "And great, I'll take it."
