Andre Agassi hugs rarely-seen daughter Jaz, 22, as pair attend the US Open in heartwarming new photo

Andre Agassi shared a heartwarming picture of himself embracing his daughter Jaz in a new photo on social media.

During the U.S. Open's Fan Week, the tennis legend played an exhibition match and his daughter, 22, came along for the ride.

The duo were spotted hugging backstage as Andre donned a gray hoodie and jeans, and Jazzy sported an orange strapless crop top and jeans, as she supported her dad behind-the-scenes.

The athlete shares two children including Jazzy and Jaden Gil Agassi, born in 2001, with fellow tennis legend Steffi Graf.

Although the two are globally known for their achievements in tennis, the duo vowed to not push their children into the sport as well.

Andre explained to Fox Sports: "Tennis? I just think we've had enough, quite honestly. It's a weird sport. We don't see too many second-generation players. For us, it's about raising our children in a way we can share in their life and not always worry about their life."

What happened during the U.S. Open's Fan Week exhibition match?

Andre took center count with Andy Roddick to play against Roger Federer, who retired in 2022, and John McEnroe, for a fun doubles match at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York.

In the end, Roger and John won 7-5 during the special event which was a one night opportunity for tennis fans to watch Roger's return to New York.

Roger, who got a standing ovation as soon as he appeared on court, recalled the sentimental memories he has of competing in the U.S. Open, sharing with the crowd: "It's great to be back in New York. It's incredible. I have incredible memories of this court, the fans here, the city. In 2004, 2005 — that's when it all started here, my love for New York with the victories here," per ATP.

He joked: "I fell in love with this city and this court from day one. I believe my first time on the center court was against Andre [in 2001]. He smashed me 6-1, 6-2, 6-4. I had no shot. I was like, 'Okay, not so easy, not so fast, Roger.'"

On August 29, Roger made it into the International Tennis Hall of Fame and Andre congratulated him, expressing: "How cool is it that this dude is going in the Hall of Fame this year? Well done, Roger. I'm so pumped."

Andre comically added: "I gotta say — I think I was the first person to know he was going to make the Hall of Fame. When he won his 19th Slam, I was like, 'Yeah, he's got this.'"
