Goldie Hawn's grandson Wilder, 19, recently moved out of his family's home in LA to attend college, and his doting mom Erinn Hudson shared some incredible before-and-after pictures of his new living space.

Taking to Instagram, Erinn posted several pictures - including one of them unpacking in the dorm - which featured two single beds, two flatscreen televisions placed against the wall, and a single window.

Getting creative, Wilder's mom and dad, Oliver Hudson, helped transform the space into a stylish bedroom, complete fairy lights, framed artwork, plants and a rustic rug. They also made use of the small space by moving the televisions to the other side of the room, allowing for extra storage space.

Wilder is the second of Goldie and Kurt Russell's grandchildren to attend college, following in the footsteps of his older cousin, Ryder Robinson, 22, who graduated from NYU earlier in 2026.

The teenager is the oldest child of Oliver and Hudson, who also share son Bodhi, 16, and daughter Rio, 13. He is showing interest in following in his famous family's footsteps as an actor, and made his acting debut in 2025 in Netflix feature-film, A Merry Little Ex-Mas, alongside his dad.

Wilder played Gabriel, the on-screen son of Oliver's character Everett. Oliver adored working with his son and opened up about the experience during an interview with People in 2025.

Wilder's character delivers an emotional monologue at the end of the film, which brought his dad to tears. "He was really nervous about it, because it was a big speech," Oliver recalled. "I'm sitting there listening in the movie, and after his first take, I, for the first time, just started crying."

"Because I couldn't believe that this was my son," he gushed. "I stepped out of myself a little bit, and I'm like, 'This is my son who is doing great and who has never done this before. He's just going head first into the fire, and he's in my world now, and I'm just so proud of him.' I just swelled with this pride that I'd never felt before, and it was just overwhelming and it made me emotional."

The film allowed Oliver and Wilder to enjoy some proper bonding time before the teen's upcoming college move, as they stayed in Toronto for six weeks while filming.

Before starting college, Wilder celebrated his 19th birthday, and also enjoyed a trip across Europe with his entire family - including grandparents Goldie and Kurt. The family spent time in Greece and Prague, and were also joined by Oliver's siblings Kate Hudson and Wyatt Russell - and their own families.
