Bradley Cooper's ex Irina Shayk, 40, showed off her toned figure in a tiny orange bikini as she danced in a new video on social media.
In the star's online carousel, she also posed in the same tiny bikini while paddleboarding in France.
Asides from her attention-grabbing orange bikini, she also shared pictures sporting a white bikini beachside, as she sipped on a cocktail and also while going for a car ride.
She switched between a black bucket hat and a black headscarf with white polka dots and black shades to complete the look.
The model captioned her set: "A bit of French summer." Fans loved her photos and flocked to the comments to cheer her on."
One person wrote: "The hottest and coolest," while a second added: "Always been that girl." A third fan continued: "Yeah queen, live your life." Another follower joked: "Shake Irina, shake it."
What is Irina Shayk's workout?
Irina is booked and busy while jet setting around the world for photoshoots and projects, and that's why she focuses on workouts that can be done in a hotel room.
She revealed to Vogue: "I'm in hotel rooms most of the time, and it can be hard to find a hotel with a nice gym. It was important for me to have a workout I could do in my room."
The star explained: "If you're feeling jet lagged, or too lazy to get dressed, you can basically watch TV and do these moves."
Her workouts are easily accessible through the use of tables and beds for exercises and even towels for stretching. When she's not doing at-home workouts, she mixes up her routine with boxing, Barre and Pilates.
During her interview for her 2011 Swimsuit Sports Illustrated cover, she shared: "I work out four or five times a week with my trainer – not because I want to be skinny, but because it just makes me feel good to start my day with a workout. I love to work out!"
What is Irina Shayk's diet?
Irina stays disciplined with her diet just like she does with her workouts. Irina revealed to Yahoo: "You have to drink a lot of water and green tea. You have to remember that our bodies contain so much water and it's great for your skin."
She continued: "You have to eat a lot of greens, and fresh green juices. Also, you have to stay away from the coffee! I don't like it and I drink it once a week maybe. Just drink a lot of water, it's good for your body."
Irina mostly eats healthy, but she believes balance is key, and sometimes, she indulges in treating herself.
She explained: "Two times a week I have a cheat day. You have to remember that if you want to eat burgers, or chocolate or candy, you have to eat it for breakfast or at lunchtime, never in the evening. Probably twice a week I eat red meat and hamburgers. You have to balance between working out and eating."
