Amanda Seyfried revealed that she split from her husband of nine years, Thomas Sadoski, on September 16 via a joint statement. It has now become evident that we all missed a big sign that alluded to the separation a few weeks prior to the announcement.
The actress listed her Hollywood Hills Home for $3.2 million in August, 2026. The 2,700-square foot Los Angeles property was acquired by the star back in 2011 for $1.85 million. It was previously owned by Adam Brody and Fred Durst.
The two-story mansion was completed in 1916 and features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a formal living room with a fireplace, a white-and-blue kitchen, a sunroom, a balcony, and a sprawling backyard. It also includes a pool and spa, along with a detached garage and gym.

Amanda primarily resides at a 1930s Catskills farm in upstate New York. Her East Coast residence boasts rustic stonework and vintage countryside decor. "I grew up in a stone house," she previously told Architectural Digest. "I just love history, and I love the smell of old wood. History has a smell to it. You know what I mean?"

"We don’t want it to feel like a dramatic change. Amanda is not really a formal person, and keeping a relaxed vibe was really important."
"Instead of doing drapery, we designed these shutters, which keep out the arched beams of sunlight. Also, there’s a really nice thing that happens when you adjust the shutters—you can control how much light is coming in and provide privacy without having to totally block out the views. It also, I guess, feels a little countryish," the designer explained.

Amanda and Thomas began dating around March of 2016, and got engaged six months later, before eloping in March 2017. Amanda gave birth to their first child just days after their wedding.
"We have been separated for a while, and it's proven to be the right move for us and our family unit. We've got each other forever – and it's GOOD," Amanda and Thomas told People.
