David Hasselhoff

David Hasselhoff starred on Baywatch as Mitch Buchannon for 11 seasons, appearing on the show between 1989 and 2000, as well as spin-offs like Baywatch Nights and the 2003 reunion feature Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding.

The actor and singer previously found fame on Knight Rider and has more recently been focussing on his health following his journey to sobriety. David lives in California with his wife Hayley Roberts and has been recovering from major knee and hip replacement surgeries.

Pamela Anderson has recently revitalised her career

Pamela Anderson

Pamela Anderson underwent a major transformation in the '90s, transitioning from Playboy fame as their Playmate of the Month in February 1990 to a Baywatch star as C. J. Parker. She appeared in five seasons of the show between 1992 and 1997 for a total of 111 episodes.

She hasn't forgotten her lifeguard roots and returned for a cameo in the 2017 movie. Away from the beach, Pamela has built further fame as an actress, with recent projects like The Last Showgirl and The Naked Gun, co-starring with Liam Neeson.

Jeremy Jackson starred as Baywatch's Hobie Buchannon but it was his personal life that drew the most attention when he quit the show at just 18 years old. The actor has since admitted his struggles with addiction started during the show and prompted his sudden exit.

He subsequently appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew in 2011 and was arrested in 2015 for stabbing incidents. He was sentenced to 270 days in Los Angeles County Jail with five years of probation. Now, Jeremy is focussing on his fitness brand Jeremy Jackson Fitness, providing personal training as well as anxiety and depression management advice.

Alexandra Paul starred as Lieutenant Stephanie Holden on five seasons of Baywatch during a 15-year acting career and decided to take a significant break from Hollywood to focus on her athletic goals, including the Ironman Triathlon.

Today, she's concentrating her efforts on activism. In March 2026, Alexandra and a group of around 60 activists managed to remove several dogs from a Wisconsin breeding facility, known for breeding beagles for biomedical research. If convicted, she could face up to 12 years for the crime.

Yasmine Bleeth has stepped back from the screen completely

Yasmine Bleeth

Yasmine Bleeth appeared on Baywatch between 1993 and 1997, as well as several franchise spin-offs. She played Caroline Holden, younger sister to Stephanie Holden, on the show and became an international sex symbol, thanks to their signature slow-motion run.

The actress was fired from the series as a serious addiction meant she was often missing from set. Following a relapse and car crash in 2001, Yasmine penned a personal essay for Glamour magazine reflecting on her recovery. Since then, she's led a quiet life away from the screen.

The actor chose to leave fame behind to focus on a quieter life as a dedicated father of two. Instead, he pursued a career in property development as co-founder of Jones Builders Group in Los Angeles, building luxury properties as well as commercial projects. He shares daughter Heaven and son Shaya with his ex-wife Brooke Burke.
