Heidi opted to forgo a bikini top for the moment, in a typical move for the body-positive supermodel.

Leni appeared to be seated to her left, holding Heidi's puppy, Fritz, whom she adopted in April. "Sundayzzzzzz," the star wrote in the Instagram caption, as fans rushed to the comment section to share the love. "Queen," one fan wrote, while another added: "Wooowzaaaahhh," and a third chimed in: "Goddess".

The supermodel is incredibly confident in her body

Heidi has always been open about her body, and has carried a sense of confidence with her throughout her life.

"I've always been very open with my body. When I'm suntanning in the backyard, I might not have a top on. I'm European…my kids don't know me any other way and are probably more easygoing with their bodies because of it," she told People.

"People always say, 'You probably got more confidence as you've gotten older,' but I have always been confident," she added. "I have no problem walking around in my underwear. I'm not hiding in a corner."

Heidi, who is a mother to four kids, shared that she had learned to love her ever-changing body despite being in the modeling industry for so long.

"I think with age, we look better when we're not as skinny. My husband was the first one who pointed that out. He said, 'You should eat more; you would look better if you had more meat on your bones,'" Heidi told Us Weekly.

The former Victoria's Secret model explained that her husband Tom Kaulitz's words were "not something you're told in the industry, ever, because you're always supposed to be skinnier than you are."

"When I look back at photos, I'm like, 'He's right!' Proportion-wise, I look better bigger," she admitted, before clarifying that she was "not interested at all" in GLP-1 weight loss drugs.

"I've gained weight over the years. I’m no longer a size 24 jean." GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro work to decrease appetite and lower blood sugar levels.

The supermodel leads an active lifestyle

Heidi said that she would rather eat a healthy diet and live an active lifestyle than constantly take supplements to fill in the gaps.

"To me, it doesn't make sense to eat badly and then shove 50 pills inside of you. To me, this doesn't make sense. I think that's important, bringing it back to the basics and trying to be as natural with everything as you possibly can, I think is the way to go."

She stays fit by jumping on her trampoline and running after her pets

As for her workout regimen, the German beauty avoids intense exercises and instead gets her blood flowing by leading an active lifestyle.

"I jump on the trampoline in the garden at my home in LA and do bodyweight exercises – including lots of squats," she told Women's Health. "I get plenty of movement from running around after two dogs and a cat."
