Quitting the show
Angus' storyline on Two and a Half Men evolved as the actor aged, dealing with topics like drug use and sex – topics that he felt clashed with his beliefs after a religious awakening.
In 2012, Angus publicly described the show as "filth" and encouraged people to stop watching. After leading a normal life at college for several years, he subsequently apologised to writer Chuck Lorre and reconciled with Charlie Sheen, describing his thinking at the time as "pretty doomsday".
