Meghan Trainor is passionate about working out and has maintained an impressive 60-lb weight loss through hard work and a change to her lifestyle.
The mother-of-three is looking healthier and happier than ever, and alongside her regular workout updates, has most recently shared a new family photo from Halloween - looking incredible!
The All About That Bass hitmaker showcased her slim figure in a catsuit with an attached hood and long sleeves, transforming into Spider-Gwen from Marvel's Spider-Verse. Joining her in the snapshot were her husband, Daryl Sabara, and their three children: Riley, five, Barry, three, and Mikey, ten months - all in hero costumes.
Meghan Trainor's workout secrets
The mother-of-three has lost 60 pounds over the past few years, which was spurred on during her second pregnancy - when she was diagnosed with gestational diabetes.
The award-winning singer started working out in 2024 with the help of personal trainer, Bella Maher, the founder of Malibu Bodies. The following year, Bella shared a before-and-after photo of Meghan in the gym, taken in 2024 and 2025.
In the caption, she wrote: "Watching her transform from the inside out has been one of the most meaningful parts of my work. She did so much of this on her own before ever introducing a GLP-1, and even after starting it, the medication was simply a support, not the reason for her results. GLP-1s can be a powerful tool, but they’re certainly not a transformation plan. SHE is the reason this worked."
Bella continued: "She prioritized strength training, protein, intention, structure, and showing up even on the days she didn’t feel like it. She built this. She earned this. And now she gets to live in a body that supports her for life. SO proud of you, my girl!" Along with taking GLP-1 medication, specifically "the lowest dose of Mounjaro." Meghan is still working alongside Bella, who often shares videos of the star at the gym on social media.
A change to Meghan's routine and diet
Meghan primarily focuses on strength training, while diet wise, she prioritizes adding more protein to her diet. Talking about her new workout routine and the lessons she has learnt, the mother-of-three previously told Entertainment Tonight: "I learned a lot of tricks that I had no idea [about]. I was working out so incorrectly for so long. I was running and doing cardio and my body was inflamed, always."
Meghan Trainor's family life
Meghan loves nothing more than being a mother, and often shares cute photos of her family on social media. She surprised fans on January by announcing the arrival of her third child, daughter Mikey Moon, who was born via a surrogate. Meghan later opened up about her decision to use a surrogate when it came to welcoming Mikey.
"It wasn't our first choice, but we had endless conversations with our doctors on this journey, and this was the safest way for us to be able to continue growing our family," Meghan told People. "We are forever grateful for that option." "I want people to know that surrogacy is just another beautiful way to build a family," she continued. "It's not something to whisper about or judge. It's rooted in trust, science, love, and teamwork."
She added: "Every family's journey looks different, and all of them are extremely valid." She went on to praise her surrogate, with whom she had "an incredible" experience. "Our surrogate is one of the most selfless, strong and loving people I've ever met. We felt so connected throughout the entire journey, and I'll always be grateful for the care and love she showed our daughter," Meghan said. "She gave us the greatest gift of our lives. She graciously answered our many check-in texts to make sure she was doing okay."
