Jenna Bush Hager made a steamy confession on-air about her love life while living at the White House, under her father George W. Bush's administration from 2001 until 2009.

She resided in the luxurious property alongside her twin sister Barbara Pierce Bush and their mother, former First Lady Laura Bush.

The sisters previously got a sneak peek into that exclusive world when they visited their grandfather George H. W. Bush in the White House during his administration from 1989 until 1993.

During the airing of Today with Jenna and Shinelle, the former First Daughter interviewed actress Savannah Lee Smith about her series Line of Fire.

In the show, Savannah portrays a First Daughter who is also attending Howard and figuring out her way, step by step.

During their interview about the series, Jenna made a cheeky remark, admitting: "I didn't hook up with a Secret Service man, and now I'm wishing I had," as laughter erupted.

She inquired: "Is it fun to play this role?" Savannah responded: "Absolutely. Oh my goodness, I am honored and I'm just so glad that you're a part of it, obviously, because we don't get to see this side of the world – Secret Service agents and what that looks like, and what D.O.J. [does] – [and] especially the first daughter's [life]. It's fun to have an inside look and I'm really excited."

Jenna added: "And I love [that] they'll be more for your character, I think."

Sheinelle Jones interjected: "We just will wait. I love that you're the first daughter too."

Jenna knows a thing or two about the secretive life that Savannah is portraying in the series. In fact, last year, the TV star opened up for the first time about the "only time" she snuck past Secret Service.

She previously revealed on the daytime show: "I've talked about this before but I had Secret Service and I hesitate even saying this, but I dated a football player at Texas for a brief time and I was embarrassed that the Secret Service would know that."

Jenna explained: "I don't know why. Not that the football player… at all. I just didn't want them to know I had a new boyfriend because senior year was active for me.

Her co-star Savannah Guthrie teased: "Lots of walk of shame," as Jenna confessed: "Lots of them. So I had my friends sneak me. I was in the back of the car and they snuck me past the Secret Service."

She explained that, that was the "only time I escaped them," and joked: "Then we broke up soon after."
