Aussie songstress Kylie Minogue, who was diagnosed with breast cancer last May, is coming back to Europe to continue her recovery. The 37-year-old will stay with her hunky boyfriend Olivier Martinez in Paris while she receives treatment at the world-renowned Institute Gustave-Roussy hospital.
The pop diva had surgery in her hometown of Melbourne recently to remove a lump from her breast. And she can look forward to a warm family environment in France too, because Olivier's parents Robert and Rosemarie say they will help her mum Carol look after her.
Speaking in an interview with The Mirror, Robert affirmed they would both be at her side as she undergoes chemotherapy in the French capital. "Kylie has been speaking to us regularly and we are so glad she will come and see us here," he said. "We have been thinking about Kylie throughout her ordeal. Olivier has been so worried but he is coping and giving all his support to Kylie."
The SWAT star's mother meanwhile said the whole family was looking forward to seeing her again. "We will be so happy to have her here," she said. "We all love her so much and we want to do everything we can for her. Having her in Paris is always wonderful – when she comes she will bring so much happiness to everybody." |
