Juggling two children under two may seem like a daunting task, but the Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton has been making sure that both of her children are showered with the same love and attention. The doting mum was spotted enjoying an outing with her first child Prince George, when she treated him to a delicious dessert.

Kate and George reportedly paid a visit to a café and farm shop in the village of Holt in Norfolk, not far from their family home of Anmer Hall.

The Cambridges have been residing in their country house located on the Queen's Sandringham Estate ever since newborn Princess Charlotte was a few days old.

Kate treated her son Prince George to a sweet meringue while out and about in Norfolk

During the outing to local eatery Back to the Garden, Kate bought Prince George a meringue and according to eyewitnesses, she was as lovely in person as one would expect.

"If you didn't know who she was, you would never know," an employee at the restaurant told People. "She's incredibly down-to-earth, very gracious and extremely polite."

The Duchess is counted as a "regular customer" at the store, which sells organic meat and vegetables grown on their own farm.

This is not the first time Kate has been spotted out and about with her son George, who is set to turn two in late July. While Prince William has resumed his royal duties and continues to train as an East Anglian Air Ambulance pilot, Kate has been devoting her time to her children and plans to take a long maternity leave.

Earlier this month the 33-year-old made a brief return to London, where she was seen playing with George in Holland Park. The Duchess entertained her son by pretending to be a monster and chasing him around the gardens, while little George chuckled with delight.

George will most likely attend the christening of his baby sister Princess Charlotte

Royal fans are hoping that the future King may make an appearance at this Saturday's Trooping the Colour ceremony, the annual event held to celebrate the Queen's official birthday. It would be the first time that George has attended the event.

If he doesn't, George will most likely be present at his sister Princess Charlotte's christening, which is scheduled for Sunday 5 July. The service will be held at the St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham, just a stone's throw away from Anmer Hall.

It is particularly fitting for baby Charlotte, whose full name is Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, as the church was the same venue where the late Princess Diana was christened in August 1961.
