Little Evelyn Penn Willis made her grand entrance into the world on 5 May in Los Angeles.
The newborn weighed in at 8lbs, and both mum and daughter were said to be doing well when the news was announced on Wednesday evening.
She is a sister to the couple's two-year-old Mabel - as well as Rumer, 25, Scout, 22 and 20-year-old Tallulah from the Die Hard star's first marriage to Demi Moore.
Scout seemed the most excited about the news as she quickly shared it with her Twitter followers: "And the Willis girl coven keeps on growing."
Bruce is certain to take the new arrival in his stride, having said that he relishes fatherhood even more at his age.
"I'm happier than I've ever been. I'm changing diapers like a champ," the 59-year-old actor said recently.
