Celebrations are in order for Strictly Come Dancing professionals Aljaz Skorjanec and Janette Manrara, who have happily announced their engagement. The couple, who have been dating for four years, revealed their big news on Thursday evening on Twitter.
They both shared a sweet photo taken moments after 25-year-old Aljaz popped the question in a London restaurant. Alongside the picture of her flashing her new engagement ring while holding up a plate with "Congratulations" written in chocolate sauce, 31-year-old Janette wrote: "I said yes."

Her future husband echoed the sentiment, writing: "She said YES!"
The couple have been inundated with messages of congratulations since revealing their engagement. Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge tweeted, "@JManrara @AlijazSkorjanec congratulations guys!!! Xxxxxx", while dancer Kristina Rihanoff wrote: "@AlijazSkorjanec @JManrara congrats you beauties."
Strictly's Kevin Clifton, who married his dance partner Karen Hauer this summer, tweeted: "Congrats to 2 of our best mates. Beautiful couple @AlijazSkorjanec @JManrara."
American Janette and Aljaz have been professionals on Strictly since 2013 – which Slovenia-born Aljaz went on to win with his celebrity partner Abbey Clancy. That same year, Janette was partnered with designer Julien Macdonald, and was eliminated in week four.
She fared better last year however, when she was paired with EastEnders Jake Wood, making it through to week 12, while Aljaz and Alison Hammond left in week seven.
Both dancers have impressive credentials. Aljaz is a 19-time national champion in Ballroom, Latin and Ten Dance, while Janette has previously worked on the US show So You Think You Can Dance, and has danced at the Oscars, on Glee and with Jennifer Lopez.
Prior to her romance with Aljaz, Janette dated fellow Strictly professionals Pasha Kovalev and Artem Chigvintsev. In a 2013 interview, she admitted both relationships were very brief. "Pasha and I dated for about a month, we went for a few dinners, and Artem and I dated even less.
"He's (Artem) a beautiful guy and we went out a few times, but we realised we were better as friends. They're all good looking guys, so I guess I could pat myself on the back!"
