Former winner of Stricly Come Dancing Alesha, 34, is pictured in her dressing room showing off her flexibility and skills as a contortionist while Amanda, 42, also turns her hand to a spot of gymnastics, hanging from the ceiling on an aerial silk. In another picture Ant and Dec prove they can juggle more than most as in between presenting Britain's favourite entertainment series as they practice a spot of acrobatics.
