A warrant for Bobbi's arrest has been recalled

An executive public information officer called George Gordon made a statement saying that while a warrant was issued when Bobbi missed a mandatory court appearance, recent events have seen it dismissed. "I confirm the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety had an active arrest warrant for Bobbi Kristina Brown," he said. "The warrant was issued because [Bobbi Kristina Brown] failed to show up for a mandatory court appearance after being cited for operating a motor vehicle with expired tag registration. "In light of recent events involving [Bobbi Kristina] Brown, we are not focused on the warrant issue," he added. "In fact, we asked the court to dismiss the warrant and recall it, which they did. The important issue is we hope the grieving family and friends find comfort during this difficult period."

Bobbi's family recently dismissed reports that relatives were gathering in order to say their goodbyes to her and that the two sides of the singer's family are feuding. "There is no 'family gathering' today that is any different from any other day since [Bobbi] has been in the hospital," read the statement. "The family has been there since the weekend, so nothing any different today for them to be there than any other day. "She is not brain dead, and the Houstons and the Browns are not fighting."
